Promotion and Marketing Assistance Scheme

The Promotion and Marketing Assistance Scheme, under the Goa Start-up Policy 2025, supports eligible start-ups in participating in national and international trade shows and exhibitions by providing reimbursement for exhibition stall rental and travel expenses. Implemented by the Start-up Information Technology Promotion Cell (SITPC), the scheme aims to enhance market access, promote start-up products and services, and create opportunities for business growth through participation in recognised exhibitions and trade events.

Benefits

  • award-check 50% reimbursement of exhibition stall rental and travel expenses, up to ₹75,000.

  • award-check Free stall space (for government-sponsored events) and 50% travel reimbursement, up to ₹25,000.

  • award-check Available to up to 40 start-ups per year, selected by SITPC

  • award-check Can be availed for one event per financial year.

  • award-check Benefits are subject to approval by SITPC and are not an entitlement.

Eligibility

  • Qualified start-ups with at least 50% Goan equity/shareholding since inception or operating in Goa for at least 12 months.

  • Participation in Government of India-recognised/supported events or events approved by SITPC.

  • Digital payment of eligible expenditure is mandatory.

Participation report

Copy of original Proof of Payment

Copy of original bills

Application form and documents as per Annexure 1 & 2

How to Apply?

Obtain prior approval from SITPC before participating in the exhibition or trade show

Receive in-principle approval from SITPC for availing the scheme benefits.

Open the UDP portal and navigate to schemes tab.

Select Promotion and Marketing Assistance Scheme from the list of offline schemes.

Click on the Application Form button to download.

Enter your name, mobile number, email ID and district to show your interest.

7

Fill out the form and attach the required documents.

8

Upon incurring the eligible expenditure, submit the application to the concerned department in the prescribed format.
