Trademark Reimbursement Scheme
The Trademark Reimbursement Scheme, under the Goa Start-up Policy 2025, provides reimbursement to start-ups certified by the Start-up Information Technology Promotion Cell (SITPC) that have successfully entered the production or service delivery phase for the registration of their company name and logo as trademarks. Implemented by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC), the scheme supports start-ups in securing trademark registration and encourages the protection of their brand identity.
Benefits

50% reimbursement of trademark registration for company name and logo, up to ₹25,000.

Available to up to 200 start-ups per year, selected by the SITPC.

Benefits are subject to approval by SITPC and are not an entitlement.
Eligibility

The applicant must be a start-up certified by the Start-up Information Technology Promotion Cell (SITPC)

Directors' bank accounts must be linked to Aadhaar.

The trademark must be successfully registered.

Only eligible expenditure incurred after the notification of the Goa Start-up Policy 2021 and paid digitally will be considered for reimbursement. Non-digital payments may be considered by SITPC based on due diligence.

How to Apply?
Log in to the UDP Goa website.
Select Trademark Reimbursement Scheme from the list of schemes.
Click on the Apply button.
You will be automatically redirected to the Goa Online Portal to submit your application.
