Women Entrepreneur Vitality Scheme

The Women Entrepreneur Vitality Scheme, under the Goa Start-up Policy 2025, supports women-led start-ups in the ideation, prototype, validation, and early traction stages by providing a monthly stipend to eligible founders. Implemented by the Start-up Information Technology Promotion Cell (SITPC), the scheme aims to encourage women entrepreneurship, foster innovation in emerging technologies, and enable early-stage start-ups to focus on building and scaling their ventures.

Benefits

  • award-check Monthly stipend of ₹20,000 for up to 12 months for eligible women-led startups.

  • award-check Applicable to startups working in AI, IoT, Drones, Robotics, AR/VR, AVGC, 3D Printing, and other emerging technologies.

  • award-check Scheme available for a maximum period of one year

  • award-check Limited to 50 beneficiaries per financial year.

Eligibility

  • Qualified startup with a woman founder holding the majority stake and the company must be less than 12 months old from the date of application.

  • Founder must be 30 years of age or younger.

  • Startup should not have any other source of income besides the established company

  • Must not have received similar grants from any government institution or agency.

  • Must be incubated in a recognised incubator in Goa throughout the support period.

  • Must submit quarterly progress reports through the associated incubator/accelerator/partner organisation.

Copy of Aadhaar card/s of the applicant

Declaration of no income from other sources

Report of the project/Pitch deck

Original Proof of Payment towards project expenses

Proof of majority ownership by women founder(s)

Letter from the incubator confirming current incubation

The form and documents as mentioned in Annexure 1

How to Apply?

Apply for the scheme only during the relevant financial year after incurring the eligible expenditure.

Open the UDP portal and navigate to schemes tab.

Select Women Entrepreneur Vitality Scheme from the list of offline schemes.

Click on the Application Form button to download.

Enter your name, mobile number, email ID and district to show your interest.

6

Fill out the form and attach the required documents.

7

Submit the application to the concerned department in the prescribed format.
